The decor and layout have been entrusted to an interior designer from Paris. All bedding and televisions are all new and has been redesigned for your well-being.
Claire and Regis present their Hotel Restaurant Les Fleurs, located between Avallon and Vézelay (World Heritage Site by UNESCO) and will be happy to welcome you to enjoy the quiet of their house and the elegance of the region.

Mr in the kitchen and Mrs in the dining room : this is the recipe for these two friendly owners, trained in the best establishments in Paris and have been for over 20 years responsible for different restaurants. There are about ten years, they transformed the hotel Les Fleurs in an enjoyable place, with a nice value.
In the kitchen, the chef Régis Tatraux, decorated in 2010 with the title of Master Restorer (reward due to the use of more than 90% of fresh and homemade produce), is specialized in fish, but doesn’t forget to propose Charolais meat in the region, very tasty. To finish your meal, you will be surprised by its highly innovative desserts.
For your accommodation, Claire opens its doors 7 / 7. The recent renovation of the facility and 7 charming bedrooms will delight locals and guarantees all customers a comfortable and friendly atmosphere.
During the summer everyone will especially enjoy the beautiful terrace in a green setting, and enjoy the many tours and activities offered by this rich region.
